Can’t wait until Monday to get your philosophy fix? Why not head on over to a free open lecture at Duquesne University featuring The Pittsburgh Continental Philosophy Network’s own J. Leavitt Pearl (me!) tomorrow (Friday) at 3:00pm. The event will include a two papers contextualizing the German phenomenologist Max Scheler for the twenty-first century, followed by a response by me. The event is titled The Phenomenology of Max Scheler: In Relation to Critical Theory and Metaethics and is being held at Duquesne University’s Simon Silverman Phenomenology Center, in the Gumberg Library.
